Avoiding Narrative Fallacy

I was reading about the Narrative Fallacy and had a hard time finding examples of Black Swan events where you could follow the progression of the event in realtime, without the Narrative Fallacy creeping in from later sources. So, I decided to look for a collection of live newscasts from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. I know newscasts are not the best source and come with their own biases, but they still give a solid look at how clueless everyone was as things unfolded.
